These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of eyewear, optical products, and contact lenses made from Yateem Optics, whether in-store, online, or through authorized channels. By purchasing from Yateem Optics, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All products sold by Yateem Optics are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized brands and suppliers. Products may include brand-specific authenticity cards, serial numbers, and original packaging where applicable.

• All prices are displayed in AED and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Prescription eyewear, prescription lenses, and contact lenses are supplied based on the prescription provided by the customer.
• Yateem Optics is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated prescriptions provided by the customer.
• Once ordered or opened, prescription lenses and contact lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied by Yateem Optics.

• Contact lenses are sold sealed and in hygienic packaging.
• Opened, used, or tampered contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Returns or exchanges will be considered only if:
• The product has a manufacturing defect, or
• An incorrect product was supplied by Yateem Optics
• Yateem Optics is not liable for issues arising from improper use, non-compliance with professional advice, or failure to follow usage and hygiene instructions.
  

• Frames and non-prescription accessories may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted for:
• Prescription lenses
• Contact lenses
• Customized or special-order items
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.

• Eyewear frames and lenses are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand and are subject to brand-specific policies.

• Complimentary adjustments may be offered subject to product condition and availability of parts.
• Repair services may be chargeable depending on the nature of the repair and brand guidelines.
• Yateem Optics shall not be held liable for damage occurring during third-party or unauthorized repairs.
